Cancellation & Refund Policy: At Trico Unlimited, we respect the commitment our guests make when booking an adventure with us. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we offer a full refund, minus a 4% credit card processing fee, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your reservation date.

Rescheduling Policy: Life can be unpredictable, and plans might change. Rescheduling is permitted without any penalties if done at least 14 days before the original reservation date. However, for changes made between 14 and 7 days from the initial booking, a rebooking fee of 25% of the total amount will be added. Kindly note that rescheduling within 7 days of the original booking is not allowed.

Inclement Weather Policy: Your safety is paramount to us. If weather conditions pose a risk for outdoor activities or lead to unsafe river conditions, we will notify you 24-48 hours in advance. Should we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you have the option to reschedule within one year of the originally scheduled date. If you prefer to cancel, we can provide a 50% refund, less a processing fee of 4%. Do keep in mind that a mere light rain isn't classified as inclement weather. Weather conditions are considered inclement only when they pose a genuine safety threat or result in dangerous river circumstances.
