Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

Participation in guided fly fishing, instruction, travel, and related outdoor activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, uneven or slippery terrain, water hazards, weather conditions, insects, wildlife, equipment failure, and the actions of other participants.

By booking a trip, participating in any activity, or otherwise engaging in services offered through this website, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Trico Unlimited, LLC, its owners, guides, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in activities, including claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, except where prohibited by law.

Participants affirm that they are physically capable of participating, will follow guide instructions and safety guidance, and will disclose any relevant medical conditions or limitations prior to participation.

This waiver applies to all activities booked directly or indirectly through this website and remains in effect for the duration of participation.

By proceeding with a booking, submitting a registration, or participating in an activity, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
